“Healthcare providers and medical centres have realised that active communication with patients is essential for success. Today, it is no longer enough to spread positive feedback by word of mouth. Bertold Oláh stressed that online feedback, patient reviews and the digital presence of doctors and service providers cannot be bypassed today. “As the market becomes saturated, it becomes more and more important to know who makes an impression online.
